Ahn Hyunhee Law Office (the "Office") provides its website, booking and consultation services through the Laney service, and sets out this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information collected in the process.

You may at any time request access, correction or deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent. Contact us below and we will act without delay.

8. Messages

Messages needed to use the service, such as booking confirmations and schedule changes, may be sent without separate consent. Promotional messages are sent only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

9. Cookies

We use cookies needed to run the service. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, though some features may be limited.

10. AI consultation

AI may respond in the website chat. Conversations are sent to an AI service to generate replies and are stored as consultation records. AI replies are not legal advice; specific judgements are given in a consultation with the attorney.

11. Security measures

We apply encryption in transit and at rest, access-right management and database access control.
