KBA-registered divorce and insolvency specialties
Attorney Ahn Hyunhee holds two registered practice fields with the Korean Bar Association: divorce, registered in 2024, and insolvency, registered in 2021. Field registration is granted to lawyers who meet the Association's requirements for case experience and continuing education. Matters where a divorce and a debt problem are tangled together can be handled in one office.

Ahn Hyunhee, who passed the 48th Judicial Examination and completed the 38th class of the Judicial Research and Training Institute, conducts consultations personally. Once instructed, a lawyer and a staff member are assigned to the matter, and the same people carry it through, whether it ends in settlement or in judgment. The office opened in Wonju in 2011 and has practised since as a member of the Gangwon Bar Association.

Consultations are one-to-one between lawyer and client. What is discussed, and the conduct of the matter itself, are covered by the duty of confidentiality under the Attorney-at-Law Act. You can consult without having decided whether to litigate. It is reasonable to hear first what is possible and what is not, and decide afterwards.
